I enjoy experimenting with flavour and after nine years of practice, I definitely know what goes well to surprise and delight the palate. If your heart is set on a classic flavour please see the Classical Elegance list below, or for the more adventurous, see the Extravagant Flavours list.

Classically elegant flavours:

Vanilla Swiss buttercream, berry jam
Rich chocolate and salted caramel
